Although we had several weeks of drought, this little toad survived. I hope his buddy too.
Perhaps the little pond we try to keep filled with water is of help.
At least it is the only pond for the next 100 metres in any direction.
Funny note: as soon as the nights get colder and especially wetter again,
I do have to walk very carefully to my bed, otherwise it will be slippery.
(I take the dog from one floor of our house to the next through our garden, so he doesn't have to climb stairs.)
